Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If a gift basket is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address, it will be returned to us. UPS charges a $20 return fee, which will be applied to your order. Occasionally, we can attempt to reroute the package for the same fee, but success is not guaranteed. We appreciate your patience and will do everything possible to ensure your gift arrives in perfect condition.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are not guaranteed. Local hand deliveries in Bergen County, NJ, are completed within 24–48 hours of order placement.
Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii
We do not ship to Alaska & Hawaai
Shipping to Hospitals
Gifts sent to hospitals are delivered to a receiving area and then delivered to the patient by hospital staff. This may delay delivery by several hours or until the next day, especially on weekends, to ensure patient safety and privacy.
Shipping to Colleges
Gifts sent to colleges are usually delivered to the Campus Mail Room for security reasons. Even with a complete address, delivery may be delayed, especially on weekends.
Shipping to Businesses
Packages delivered to businesses are left at the designated receiving area, welcome desk, or administrative desk. Companies are responsible for ensuring the gift reaches the intended recipient.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Recipient Presence
Recipients do not need to be present. For contactless deliveries, baskets are wrapped and hung on the doorknob. USPS/UPS do not require a signature
Summer Shipping
During months when temperatures exceed 60°F, chocolate baskets or platters are not shipped to ensure product quality.
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, we may run out of a specific item. In these cases, we reserve the right to substitute with an item of equal or greater value to maintain the quality and presentation of your basket.
